Fantastic staff very helpful, cheerful and I think it's the DNA of all staff at Mediterraneo The food was amazing quite a variety to.choose from at all meal times Good attention to detail by staff; they were very attentive at meal times, at the bars and when servicing rooms and the common areas The location of the hotel is really ideal with easy access to the local town and the surrounding ones

The accomodation in a private villa was the best idea. Food and drinks in restaurant were very nice, a lot of choices. Same the pools were nice and clean included our private pool. Very nice stay and appreciated.

The facilities are clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly and food was wonderful. The animation team were exceptional.

Buffet food was good different theme each night. The staff were nice taught us some Greek. Alcohol as you would expect for AI local stuff only. We stayed in a villa with own pool and it was a decent size for 5 of us.

The staf!! All of them very pleasant and helpful. We arrived very late in the evening and they opened the dining room just fo us! The pools are nice and clean. We had a private pool that was very enjoyable, especially for the kids! It was cleaned daily. There is a little shop in the resort itself to buy some stuff. All of the stuff were always wearing masks and gloves wat always available in th dining room. The resort very close to the beach and to the center, in a walking distance. The animation team were nice. The COVID-19 test was done in the hotel, very helpful. You need to pay for the wi fi in the rooms, but we paid for one ID and they gave us another one for free
